Concert Choir singers become familiar with many styles of music and singing in multiple parts. Learning basic music reading skills and aural development is also emphasized.

Cantala focuses on developing healthy vocal technique, the ability to sing in two parts, aural skills, and music reading through exposure to a wide variety of musical styles and genres.

Cadenza meets during the spring semester and is made up of singers who previously excelled in LSYC’s Outreach Programs. Singers focus on healthy vocal technique, building ensemble, and basic music reading skills.
